What do you charge for onsite events?
- Hourly Rate: $500/hour (min 2 hours)
- Daily Rate: $2,000 (6 hours of event time with 1 hour setup and 1 hour breakdown)
*Please note that we require a 50% deposit to hold your date
Do you travel for events?
We are located in Bigfork, MT and available for travel. Please note that travel outside of Montana will require a travel fee. Contact us for a quote.
What are the embroidery options for events?
We will work with you ahead of the event to confirm what kind of embroidery you would like to offer.
Simple customization or agreed upon flash is standard.
Do you provide materials?
We will provide the embroidery machine, threads, and materials required to embroider. We do require access to an outlet for power.
We can also provide/source products to embroider or you can supply the products. We just need to approve the materials prior to the event to ensure material can be embroidered upon.
*If we supply the embroidered materials, there will be an additional fee.
