What is the custom design process?

To get started, we ask that you fill out the custom inquiry form (below), so we can get a feel for what you're looking for.

From there, we'll be in touch to map out the details: design details, timing, and costs.

Once final mocks are approved, we'll kick off the project and shop your custom piece as soon as it is ready.

What is the typical turnaround time?

While custom orders vary on a project to project basis, we typically like to allow for a 3-6 week lead time.

What is the shipping & return policy?

Shipping: Is free for all US based orders above $150 and will be sent via UPS Ground (3-5 business days).

No shipping outside of the US at this time.

Returns: All custom products are final sale, returns will not be accepted
